Combining more than 45 years of experience in the real estate industry, our team has worked together before and achieved high results in multiple situations and on several major topics in the field. We worked for market leaders and majors like CBRE, DTZ Winssinger Tie Leung, BNP Paribas Real Estate in Luxembourg and abroad.

Our diverse culture, complementary skills and trustfully relations are a huge asset for our stakeholders. Sharing a common vision, values and passion for real estate arguably constitutes the best foundations for Landspell’s.

Active for the past 20 years in Luxembourg, Laurent has developed a broad network and achieved numerous successes amongst which the launch of the CBRE Luxembourg office.

Throughout his career, Laurent was intimately involved in Investment Advisory, Project Development Advisory, Letting and Sales Advisory, Valuation, Building Management and Project Management.

Passioned about learning and personal development, he always placed the human element in the heart of the business relation and focused on values and the value created.

Fluent in six languages, he started to learn Mandarin in 2014.

Laurent is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was until 2017 Board Member of LuxReal. He is a regular writer in the newspapers and business publications as well as speaker or lecturer.

Véronique attended the universities in Passau and Saarbrücken in Germany and graduated with a master degree in business administration coupled with subject-specific foreign language training.

She started her professional career in 2004 in Luxembourg working in the Marketing and Research department of the Real Estate company DTZ.

In 2008, she took on a new challenge being part of the founding team of CBRE Luxembourg. In the following 9 years, she contributed significantly to the development and success of the company in Luxembourg.

In late summer 2017, time for a new challenge had come and Véronique joined Laurent Cooreman.

Véronique is fluent in four languages, German, French, English and Luxembourgish.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Management, Davy did his Master of Business Administration in Marketing (MBA) at the University of Michigan.

Davy has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for 13 years, first in the United States, then followed by a 4-year experience with BNP Paribas Real Estate in France.
Looking for a more international challenge, Davy joined the Capital Markets team at CBRE Luxembourg in 2015 where he subsequently became Director of that department.

He left CBRE in the summer 2017 in order to start his own business as an advisor for Commercial Real Estate.

Davy lives in Luxembourg and speaks English and French fluently.

Angela finished her studies in 2014 with a Diploma of International Office Management ESA including European Secretary.

Right after that, she joined CBRE Luxembourg in November 2014 where she worked under the responsibility of Laurent Cooreman as its Personal Assistant as well as Executive Assistant for the rest of the CBRE team.

She decided to leave CBRE in the summer 2017 in order to take on a new challenge as Office Manager with the creation of Square Meter S.A. by Laurent Cooreman. The day-to-day management including Marketing and Research of Square Meter are now her main responsibilities.

Angela Zimmer’s mother tongue is German, she speaks French and English fluently, has notions in Luxembourgish.
